It's time to talk about Enzo

What does everyone think? Has he run out of steam ,will he jump ship if things go tits up,can he save us?
What he does need is a successful experienced Director of football .
I hope he turns it around but I'm pessimistic.

He's got us to a higher position than I thought he would so far this season.
I'd have taken the play offs at the start.
Stick.

I think he has got the arse about the Sensi situation and will bail at some point (although not during the current season).

Not ignoring the obvious dip in form, but for most other seasons in the division - 82 points would have already guaranteed promotion already...
Fair play to the chasing pack...and especially Ipswich...

Imo there is more pressure on us, Leeds and Southampton, who I'd expect like us are still burdened with a number of Premier League contracts and wages .
Failure to get promotion will surely mean a significant transformation to a championship budget and consequently at a disadvantage to the next 3 Prem clubs to be relegated.

Ipswich have been excellent so far but it's much more of a free hit for them. They don't have the same financial implications as us.
If they don't make it they should still be strong for next season, something I wouldn't say about us.

As it stands the bookies still fancy us.

He can't get past plan A.
I just don't think him and the club suit each other!! Never been used to financiall constraints at the PL Sponsors !!!!!

Didnt fill me with confidence when he was appointed, but I began to warm to him after a great start to the season, but only ever got warm. His stubborn, defiant, refusal to contemplate a plan B, and to even dismiss it when the players went direct at Birmingham away irks me considerably. As FNQ says above, we should go our separate ways at the end of the season irrespective of the outcome.

The question is - how long will he take to realise that the present board does not share his ambition or competence..

If he does not change it or at least introduce a plan B we will not get promoted, that in itself is grounds for gross misconduct.

Its all well and good having a style and approach he wants to adopt....but simply copying man city isnt going to work with these players......how he does not see that exposes his own incompetency. If anything it shows how tactically inept he is by simply copying something that may well work with the best players in the world but not with the likes of hamza and daka.

Watching us play is down right painful at the best of times and now we have been well and truly sussed out its even worse.

Persistently playing out of form players does not go down well with me, l know we haven't got much of a backup but introducing 2 or three into the team to integrate might bring a different outlook and might get the response needed because we do lack motivation a lot of the time some even look to be going through the motions .....never a good sign

I didn't like the way he got the hump with the fans
Well if the team try to encourage the players instead of moaning and whining about style etc. Then he wouldn't have to have a go at fans. At least we have a identity now as past 3 or 4 seasons we are now a possession based team.

What the fuck are you on about?

In a nutshell then, he’s struggling with managing situations. ie, not being competent at the very job description he has, a manager.

It’s a no from me.
Saying the fans can go and support someone else. Saying ‘we don’t do offside’. Never leaving anyone up front defending corners. Unable to make in-game changes. Daka.

I'm just saying that if the fans actually started getting behind the players and manager at home then it might help us. Plus I was also saying that people were moaning about our style but last 3 or 4 seasons we have become a possession based team so it's nothing new. Everyone knows us now as a possession based team.

But we used to have possession in the attacking half of the pitch
