Got a bit edgy with the personal attacks.
Whats going on???
We've always had rucks and disagreements. But this has got quite nasty.
Kendal has always liked a moan. But having a go at him in personal attacks don't seem right to me.
This is the Roof. Always has been. We've always had a right good barney. But this is getting a bit mental.
Who are these new(ish) posters????
 
OK Kendal. But its not right when some of these posters (whoever they are) turn nasty.

Wasn't it you that fell out with others on here after making very personal accusations around the vichai banner? I was only a lurker in those days, but that seemed fairly nasty, and didn't it lead to some longstanding posters quitting for good?
 
That’s the problem with the world now, if you had a disagreement years ago it’s was sorted in a jiffy with a bit of fisticuffs or dropping the nut on someone, armchair warriors like to dip in & out winding folks up while having a J Arthur reading the replies… 😳
 
I would like to draw the jury’s attention to the Airfryer thread where several innocent owners of said devices were subjected to a series of sickening personal attacks by a certain individual who even had the gall to question their sexual orientation because of their choice of appliances, that very same person who now stands before us casting accusations against newish members of the same hideous crimes that he himself has committed over decades of posting on this roof, his hypocrisy is astounding, beyond belief and is only outweighed by his arrogance and downright facking cheekiness, what a caaant! 🤨😂
 
As long as I can remember there’s been at least some narkiness, nastiness, intolerance and mild abuse.
It wouldn’t be a normal environment otherwise.
We have a love of Leicester City as a common denominator but other than that we are all wired differently.
There have been some very good people along the way that have been hounded out, or not thick skinned enough to take it.

Its fine to disagree but not good to hit back with personal attacks.

However, they’re just posted by keyboard warriors who don’t know you and probably never will.

We all follow LCFC but every club has its mix of half decent people , sound lads and outright caaants.
 
I always thought the personal attacks were the best bits on this board, its just venting in a Leicester fashion. None of it is meant to hurt or force someone to leave, maybe the Air fryers are a sign some of us are becoming woke? anybody know anything about baking fairy cakes:unsure:

Indeed, everyone in here who engages in debating matters of the heart mind and soul are fair game for me and I don’t see it as personal if you don’t actually know the person, it’s like telling someone down the ground to shut up and sit down.
I think the Airfryers are more a sign of feeling better about making chips when you get back from the pub as they’re better than microwaves and far less messy and smelly than deep fat fryers, apart from the healthy aspects.
My first experience with fairy/cupcakes was making a load of them from a packet and mixing a load of hash into said mix for the bus journey to Madrid which was one of my better ideas when it comes to football/drug combinations 👀😂
 
Went in a cafe today for a sandwich and some chips, (not soup.)

'Sorry we don't do chips'

'Why'

'Cos we don't have room for a deep fat fryer'

'Ain't you heard of an air fryer, only the size of a toasted sandwich'

Cue 'ding' moment

I'm spreading the word...............

I like footy tho' and the cafe was near The Brittania, Bet 365, Pottery Throwdown Stadium what with this being a football related thread!
