Isn’t it odd

That the woke lot have embraced this cancel culture started by George W Bush.
“If you’re not with me you’re against me.”
Nothing’s up for discussion or debate any more.

Richard, don't engage with the 'woke', fortunately I rarely have to, so it does not really trouble me.

I rabbit on about stuff on here, sometimes I get a reaction, sometimes I do not.

Apparently I just sit in my (crumbling) ivory tower and live my life as I like. I think my own thoughts and go my own way and strangely enough I get on fine with pretty much everyone, even an old 'commie' Labour Party supporter I talk to in the pub

We have a bet on at the moment (just a round of beers) that despite the total incompetence of the governing party, the electorate will not turn to Labour in the next GE. Looking a bit shaky at the moment but plenty of time for it all to turn around.

I reckon they'll win it. Not that it'll make much difference.

Areed. We have seen globalist policies imposed on us, very obviously so in the last few years, and now a chancellor, a pro EU globalist that many neither like nor trust. Starmer is another jelly, he will do whatever the WEF/markets/banks tell him to do.
