1; The guys in white coats are umpires there to decide if a goal or a point has been scored
2; The green flag indicates a goal and one pre match instruction from referee to umpire is if there is a problem do NOT raise the flag that way I know there is an issue
3; Most importantly you cannot throw the ball in the net
4; A goal counts as 3 points
My county Meath, in green, were playing neighbours Louth in a Leinster final, Louth had not won one since 1957 we have won loads
Louth were two points up in injury time we needed a goal
And we got one
