I’m guessing not as we don't drill every oil reserve, but if not, what happens to it?

It does come out of the ground naturally in places. It can pollute the sea naturally too.

Oil does replenish if you cap a well for a period of time,

I've been driving around as much as I can.
Now that I know oil is infinite and keeps on replenishing, I'm a bit concerned that we will be drowning in it soon.
