Of all the failures, not having a replacement lined up is probably the biggest.

Every club should have a succession plan in place...but not having one when it was so obvious Rodgers was on borrowed time is absolutely criminal and should have been a sacking offence. Gross incompetence doesn't come close.

After seeing the financial results 'gross incompetence' seems to be par for the course.
 
On the tenuous subject of anniversaries, I just gave my lawn the first mow of the season today.
Every year Micky would message me to tell me Iā€™d done it too early and it would soon look like ā€œHeskeyā€™s bumā€.
I thought of nothing else whilst I was doing it.
Still making me chuckle mate.
