Good omen? A fox came calling

Went to get something out of my car in the car park and the little girl and her mother next door were looking at a bold fox which had gone up to their door for food , so I rushed back up and got the remains of my mother's fish and chips she'd left , laid it out and it came up bold as brass and scoffed the lot looked at me went for a lie down curled up near us looked me in the eye as if to say don't give a fook where I lay , stayed there for a while we got it some more food and it told two black cats to piss off to say this is mine your not having it I went back for more food but it had gone , first time I'd been that close or had one look me in the eye ,fearless , I hope this a good omen for the rest of the season.
