Vestergaard
“Fortunately he looks good, it won’t be long. So we’ll see for the next few games. He could be available for Tuesday, Saturday, but we’ll see.”

Other players
Maresca also revealed that Marc Albrighton is also out, but his injury also won’t be a long term one. Harry Souttar is back from the Asia Cup training with the team and available for selection.

Championship Points Record
"I know that Reading have the record, but it's not something we are worried about. In this moment we're just thinking about Watford tomorrow. At the end of the season, we will see where we are."

Looking ahead to the finish
"We have 16 games left, Maybe in 8 or 10 games time we'll see where we are"

Main factors to our strong season so far
"The main part is the players. The mix between players that were here and new players has been key. But I think when you achieve something important it's for many reasons. This isn't the moment to see why because we haven't achieved anything. We will wait."

Focus in the squad
"The mentality has been, since we came in, something that we’ve tried to create. In the Championship everyone wants to beat us, and we have dealt with that quite well."

Patson Daka
"Patson took his chances and is doing well. I really like a player like him, he can link well in attack. The more that he links, the more he can attack in behind. He is quick and strong, hopefully he can help us more before the end of the season."

Watford
"For me, they are a good team. I think they have a chance in the play-offs because they have good players. They are intense off the ball, have good ideas on the ball. It will be a tough game."

"Since we faced them at home, and now analysing them, they are a good team. They have good players, play good football and they’re intense. It will be tough again; all 46 games are tough!"

Asked if he feels they thrive on the road compared to games at the King Power Stadium
I think in terms of points we are pretty similar for home or away. I don't think there is a big difference. For sure when we're away the fans are different, and as the game goes on and if they don't push higher the stadium will get frustrated."

The difficulty is in convincing the players that it's still difficult to win games. As soon as they stop believing that, "they stay out" (as in, get dropped.)
