Did anyone else have a ST problem today?

Turned up at the turnstiles 10 mins before KO. Despite doing all the pre checking serial number bollocks as per the club’s recent E-mail my ST card wouldn’t allow me to gain entry. Rushed to the ticket office to join a long queue of other disgruntled punters with similar problems. Missed kick off. Was finally issued a paper ticket after the woman in the ticket office asked me if I would like a replacement ST. What kind of daft question was that? I just said I wanted one that works. I felt like saying no love I’ll retain it and go through the same process next time. Now hoping they’ll post replacement in time for the next home game and the fucking thing works- shambles…
