Considered buckin opinion

Never really in doubt that we'd win but didn't reckon on leaving it so late
Wilf was immense MOTM fr me and Winks was subuckinperb
KDH was poor yet ended up with a very good goal and an assist
Loved Enzos reaction to the winner
Goalies passing was off
And as Ray Winstone says back your hunch

Never really in doubt? Really? In big doubt when they equalised in the 89th min

On a positive note we controlled the game well after we scored and until Wilf went off. Casedei is as soft as a good tiramisu. Why isn’t Praet playing? Good first goal and we were certainly far better generally than on Wednesday. I was also v impressed with our energy despite having just over 60hrs between two away games.

On a negative note their equaliser was exactly the same as Wednesday’s was. Need to attack the second ball. It’s all very well playing tippy tappy from the back but playing 50/50’s into Winks right in the middle of the park 30yds out is suicidal IMO. Finally we need a striker. FFS give Cannon a go

Anyway 7/9 points in the last 3 games isn’t bad. Potential 4 wins coming up in the next 4 games

7 from 15

It made me laugh when Mavidivi was going up the left wing then turned back on himself, there was a big groan from the City fans, this caused West Brom fans to have the biggest cheer of their afternoon until they scored.

Yes!!! They even caught wints on tv giving Enzo a mouthful!

He is hugely frustrating - has it in him to do good things but delivers not often enough

you've been on the sauce early.
what was never in doubt was that we wouldn't lose. baggies were awful and their best chances were created by us playing out before their scrappy goal.
our goalie made some hospital passes that should've been punished.
we created absolutely nothing for 60+ mins despite having 70% possession at the time (according to the commentary).
mavididi slowed attacks down every time he got the ball dilly dallying and mostly went backwards.
looked much better once he went off.
kdh was terrible but ended with a goal and an assist somehow.
we created one excellent goal, and thankfully took advantage of them going for the win to win it ourselves, but it was daylight robbery again.
it was turgid, dull, and boring for long stretches.
what i can't get my head around is the number of times we had the ball around their 18 yard box and it somehow ended up back at the half way line without us even attempting to put it in the danger area.
winks motm.

I was never in doubt before kick off
See betting slip

A win at Sheffield Wednesday wasn't in doubt was it.
Champions League was never in doubt.
Avoiding relegation was never in doubt.
The old thing, even a clock is correct twice a day.....

Herman munster needs passing training out of goal....fatawu sign him now...creative midfielder needed...and maybe a left back

Opinions eh? The first half was like a game of chess, both teams tippy tapping not wanting to give away possession. KDH was far from terrible and put in a decent shift. You can't knock scoring and assisting. The 2nd half was a decent game, both sides showing more attacking intent.

I repeat see betting slip
And show me where i ever used the phrase never in doubt about any of thoseo

It was a great result on the back of another poor performance.

Putting ourselves under needless pressure with sloppy passing, but they didn’t give up and managed to get out the mess they created themselves.

Find it odd we’ve got 2 left backs out on loan to an EPL and Serie A clubs and we muddle along with a hopeless right back in there.

I didn't say you actually used that phrase but you were adamant on all those occasions that City would prevail.
Only a few days ago against SW you said we would win when I was warming about the banana skin nature of the game.
Your predictions are often wrong and on the big events ( champions league and relegation) particularly so.
It's not a crime but imo you get it wrong more than you get it right.
