They just did my bloody head in. Further up the L'pool arse than the average turd. Like L'pool were doing something epoch making by turning us over. When the commentators bothered to mention us, it was in the most condescending way. The real story there was not L'pool doing City over, but City cutting through them to take the lead, then making their billionaires work like buggery to get the win over a well organized and gritty new and developing defence mustered by Coady, a scouser. But hey - ' This Is Anfield'. Shoddy broadcasting.
 
Rob Earnshaw on Sky Sports was beyond nauseating. Stood up and clapped when Liverpool scored the one from outside the box. Point made, it was a thumping finish. But then he started again when he saw the replay. Nothing spontaneous about it, just attention seeking.

I’m afraid I used the C word when watching that bit. The wife definitely wasn’t amused.
