You’re 100% correct. The behaviour of a small minority is out of order. At Villa last season we were in with a right load of idiots. Had my jacket burnt by a flare being thrown at me.

I had a similar experience at spurs last year. Not a flare , but they just wanted to fight me and my lad .Must admit it’s put me off away games a bit . F’kin idiots !

Take the upper concourse area up the stairs. It’s much quieter,
