Apparently Trumps "effectively"

The report, published Thursday by the Center for Strategic and International Studies, found that white supremacist groups were responsible for 41 of 61 “terrorist plots and attacks” in the first eight months of this year, or 67 percent.
 
CSIS are a hard left pressure group.

All the violence and riots through the summer months were committed by the renowned white supremacist groups BLM and Antifa. These were in response to the vicious right wing thugs defending their homes and livelihoods.
 
In the University of Pennsylvania's 2019 Global Go To Think Tanks Report, CSIS is ranked the number one think tank in the United States across all fields, the "Top Defense and National Security Think Tank" in the world, and the 4th best think tank in the world overall.[7][8] CSIS has been named the number one think tank for Defense and National Security for the past seven years, and has been declared the 'Center of Excellence'.[8]

I have met a fair few right wing thugs in my time but I have always found the difference in scale and organisation to be massive. A few knuckle draggers on the right is one thing but the scale of the physical and social violence perpetrated by myriad left wing organisations is something else.

There is simply no comparison in my experience.

It's not feelings as such BF, more an attempt to see things as they are on the ground.

I have a deep distrust of media reports on pretty much any political subject, so I try to ignore the extremest views from whichever side they come from. I read quite a lot on these things (sad I know, but my poor health leaves me with plenty of time) and try and come to a balanced view as you say.

We look at things from a very different viewpoint, and that's fine, I can live with that. I do find your use of the standard leftist argument style to be quite intriguing though, which is why I wonder whether you have read Alinsky.

I'm inclined to think not, as you appear to be a decent chap (with some rather odd views... ;) ), so sorry about the parody crack, that was uncalled for.

Just for information.

For Trump to get 65% of the popular vote, there needs to be 27,664,727 votes that have either been incorrectly counted; or counted for the wrong person.
