I have been a vegetarian for years, my wife is Vegan. I do not feel I miss out on anything but certainly feel better since I gave up meat and have to agree with Harwich that all animals are sentient beings. For the record I am not promoting anything, its just my choice.

I can relate to that.

Tonights supper is a spanglish style omelet, vegetarian-ish, real cheese and eggs, no meat though.

Sounds great, most cheese contains Rennet from calves so we have vegan cheese but I do have eggs so love omelettes.
