Am still Mr buckin angry

GTIF

Roofer
Yesterday was a hugely buckin important game and those buckers deliberately, yes DELIBERATELY, chose to go to a party knowing full well the consequences of their actions.
I think Buck handled it well the embarrassment and social media slaughtering will hurt them far more than any buckin fine.
I hope the law gets involved now and they face the courts.
There are people on here who have lost loved ones to Covid, or who know those who have, people who have not been able to visit their friends or relatives due to regulations and yet these prats feel the laws do not apply to them, they should be forcefully reminded they do.
I don't want to read any grovelling apology as we all know it won't be meant, and if at all possible I would prefer they never wore the shirt again.
Maddison is a hugely talented footballer but that talent is matched by only two things his ego and his stupidity.
And before some bucker asks yes I did plenty of stupid things at that age, I continue to do many stupid things at 61, however none so far has been of the level of stupidity required to run the risk of contracting, and worse, passing on a killer disease.
How would any of them feel if their parents caught Covid due to some persons deliberate disregard for the regulations, I guess the answer is angry as buck,
I can't move on to the onwards and upwards recovery stage just yet and in the great tradition of Irish republicanism I will never forgive or forget this despicable behaviour

Bejesus

wtf have we become?
We have become outraged by these players' wanton selfishness and total disregard for the health and safety of anyone else.
I never want to see any of them ever connected with LCFC ever again.

Young men with lots of money and plenty of time on their hands do something silly. What a shocker ! I am more angry at a consecutive weak performance. Yes Man City are a good side but we didn't lay a glove on them. As for the West Ham game they had arguably their two best players missing yet we start with three centre halves but still conceded three very soft goals !

This is called the business end of the season for a reason. BR needs to start doing the business and ensuring that the performance levels are better and better team/formation selection. No excuses this time around

Not really relevant to the original post

So I am a histrionic pussy am I?
When I lost my Mum to covid and I wasn't able to visit her in her care home to comfort her and only 10 of us were allowed to attend her funeral.
And these utter caants shit all over her memory by what they did risking another outbreak amongst their contact group.
And one of them is going to be an Ambassador to Leicester City Football Club???
You couldn't faacking make it up.

Wes Morgan is actually 37. A young man????
And this guy wants to be a PFA Representative???
And a Club Ambassador???
He has to be binned of and told to go back to managing his tatoo parlour which is all he is fit for.

My Wife lives in a nursing home due to a serious neurological condition that requires her to be reliant on 24/7 nursing care. She cannot walk, talk, feed herself...until a week or so ago we were kept apart by Covid visiting restrictions for 53 weeks. Apart from 45 mins in her room before Christmas, after testing negative, the odd half hour garden visit and very much one way weekly whatsapp video calls.
I was overjoyed to be able to play my part in looking after her again. Until then, watching the City on TV was probably one of the highlights of the week for me.
I`m just dismayed by the turn of events that were made public this weekend.

We should do better as a three now Soyunco is back.

Dearest Mother up there beyond the Pearly Gates.
Its OK about your sad lonely death caused by Boris throwing care homes to the wolves because Cags Syoncu is back in Leicester City's back 3!

I am still, 36hrs after first hearing the rumours, as angry as I’ve been for years, about something connected to the club I have held dear since my initial game as a 7 year old in 1965. I’ve tried to think of ANY reason they thought it might be a good idea, that they wouldn’t be found out or it wouldn’t possibly bring the club into disrepute. But that’s where I went wrong. I ‘thought’. They didn’t because they can’t as they are as thick as mince.
Total bloody arrogant, overpaid, disrespectful, tossers. We’re just a bunch of complete twats to them, idolising the fact they just might bring a touch of escapism to our awful mundane lives. As Alan Sugar once said, most players would be in prison if they weren’t footballers.
As for Morgan. Bye. Thanks for the memories. You’re a very lucky footballer, of decent ability but you just happened to be in the right place at the right time. We now don’t need you. Show you loyalty? Er that’ll be the same loyalty you showed the fans, chairman and manager as the bloody club captain last week? No? Exactly!

Footballers don't live in the real world these days.

And It's a travesty that there is so many very average but rich players in today's game, as opposed to some very good players from yesteryear who had to find other jobs when their careers finished.
We have bred an era of spoilt selfish brats.

Maybe we have the focus of our anger wrong here? We should be berating the people who blew the whistle on them. After all, as many people on this board, especially regular frequenters of the Conspiracy room are very keen to remind us, "snitches get stitches"

They didn't deserve protecting.
BR said he has drawn a line underneath it, but their actions could be more far reaching than realised.
The obvious thing is we lost a vital game, which may cost the club very dearly in more ways than one.
It may also shatter the band of brothers kind of retric they like to spout. How well the club is run, the unity blah blah.
Well there could well be one or two pissed off players, who will be sacrificed in an F.A.Cup Semi-final to accommodate the naughty boys. Will it put a toxic atmosphere in the dressing room ?

Why not put them on transfer list or send them on loan to weymouth? Cause they are star players and we don't want to upset them and ask for a transfer, I'm not happy also bout their behaviour.

Club might consider dismissing them for gross misconduct without any sort of payout.

This is what Rodgers said on TV:

“We have a set of values for the team, for this club and we have to adhere to that.

“It was a decision I made, an internal situation last weekend. It is not the standard we expect. They are all good guys, good lads, but we have a standard on and off the pitch.

“The boys will rejoin the group after this game. It’s internal, it’s something we have dealt with. The boys, it’s disappointing behaviour, it’s a mistake. It’s not what we are about.”

Does it sound like the club is going to dismiss them for gross misconduct?
