Maddog and I stood waiting for a train later in the evening before coming to the conclusion the station hadn’t been used in years so we staggered to another pub. Bumped into Berwick and others somewhere before finding a train heading South where we met Daggers for the first time who then took us to a real ale pub at Euston station where Berwick fell asleep.
Mrs H wouldn’t believe I’d got lost coming back from Milton Keynes then she met Maddog a few years later.

The train before from the local station was cancelled wasn’t it which kept us there for an extra hour.
