Admission prices 1973/4

I’ve just come across this. Sadly it doesn’t state our standing prices.
Seats would be £1.35 centre stand, £1 wing stand and 80p in the DD. Would that be right. I think at that time it was 40p in the Kop. Anyone know. Was that more expensive than standing on the Pop or on the enclosure in front of the main stand.
Finally lots of clubs had boys prices ( as obviously girls were banned!!). Did we? We certainly didn’t have a boys pen did we

If memory serves me well it was 40p in the pop, 20p for juveniles & 50p in the Kop, 25p for Juveniles

I think you could only get into the kop as a youth via Pen 1 & Pen 4, then if you wanted to get into Pen 2 or 3 it was over the spiked fence where I must have ripped a few pairs of Skinners/Baggy trousers.

Our stand tickets are amongst the most expensive. QPR is the most expensive followed by Arsenal. Spurs by contrast is about half the price of Arsenal.

Most interesting.

67 season 2/6 pop side 3 bob, kop 10/6 double decker 12 bob wing stand programme 6d..

That was the first season I started to go regularly. I was 8. Sat in the wing stand with my folks. The ST was my birthday and Xmas present. I was ecstatic to receive it. Didn’t want anything else.
