A Nice Photo of the Lads

Kinell! Remember all of them. Unles I am mistaken, it shows a young borebage, a young mali, & a young Griff among 'em.

BLUE ARMY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like the photographer was engaged in similar activity to Mac when he photo'd the restored Harry Dog Cup.😃😃

Is that Griff seated?
That's what I thought initially micky, but that is a great shout about Steve d-j who I believed was borebage.

They're all familiar, and chap above (whom we think may be SD) could be Stu J. fowlpenlooney may be able to confirm or deny.

The one on the right looks like Jos who travelled with Spliff from before I met either in 1966 and died prematurely, but I don't think he kept company with the rest of those guys.

Also, on closer study, The chap that I believed to be mali, could actually be Wally the rocker. Has he got a tache and wearing a leather jacket?

Long while ago. Recollection difficult. Come on fowlpen.

BLUE ARMY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've reviewed my dateline on this. I would guess it's 1965/66.

Think I've just twigged who may be the fella at the bottom & why he may have a haircut so far in front of its time. ;)

Whaddya reckon borebage? DD?

Edited to say that re my post above, I hadn't noticed who loaned the photograph. Derr!! 🤦‍♂️

BLUE ARMY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back top right !heavy built man with moustache is Don Fowkes who was responsible for saving me from myself at Man City 6-o, next one down ,left hand side is Stu Collins, next one to the right is Wally ,next to him is Baz Perrott and on the end (right hand side is Joss a big supporters club man in the sixties ,i remember him as a nice man who always wore a dark blazer with probably the best version of the club badge i have seen sewn on his front pocket i tried heaven and earth to get one like it but no joy, bottom middle is Steve Desjardins and lastly but not least ,sitting on the floor is a very young Keith Griffin, the photo was taken in Humberstone gate just outside the Midland Red booking office, i think we were going to Leeds but not sure

I can remember that blazer and smart badge but not the fella who wore it,Greg. I'd better stop heading footballs!

This club badge was embroidered in gold wire Chris ! very classy ,the photo has to be 66 or 67 because one of the group was banned after the trouble with Forest .
