Not being a football manager recruiter, I don’t know. I assume the club has someone whose role is to keep abreast of these things. What multi-million business wouldn’t have someone on top of succession and contingency planning ?

How many more games do we have to fuck up before you accept it ain't working ? We've been sussed and the manager hasn't got the nous to turn it around.
On today's and other recent performances I would say some players ain't bothered.
They know the clubs in the shit and they know it wont be long before they are playing elsewhere.

If you cannot suggest the 'who' then have an attempt at the 'why' maybe?

And the players know that if they stray from Enzoball then they will be warming the bench or not even in the squad next game.

The why is implicit in the statement. An experienced manager who has achieved promotion with at least one club.

If you take last season as context, we didn't sack Rodgers despite being utterly awful, languishing in the bottom three for large periods of the season so the chances of them sacking Maresca when we're still 2nd in the league is about as likely as Rishi Sunak winning the next General Election with an increased majority.
 
I think it's reached boiling point with many fans now.
30k on Monday at the KP.
That's 30k that's not going to have much patience if we either carry on playing with lethargy or Norwich dominate.
There is no room for a lacklustre start like today, they are going to need to win the fans back and put a serious shift in.
I doubt it will happen with our blinkered manager though.

Come on Nishy we didn’t have a contingency plan last season after we sacked Rodgers, why do you think anything has changed on that score now?
