But the vulnerable will have been vaccinated. Many of those not at risk will have had the vaccine. I don’t know. As you don’t, but I suggest that in that scenario the hospitals wouldn’t be overrun. Hospitals could concentrate on what they’re supposed to be there for.
it’s perfect, the rumour is we’re going to be short of vaccines, why would you then want the least vulnerable getting it before those that maybe sit in that gap between most vulnerable and mostly ok.

Bnet’s style is abusing first, purely for the reasons I mentioned.

That he starts to ask for contact details so he can speak to you 121, denigrates anyone that’s stupid because they disagree with him or doesn’t see the world the way he sees it, or states stuff but can’t be bothered to back them up, says much for him.

Pretty much no-one else does that here - the we disagree if that’s what happens, we may even learn something & possibly change a little in the way we think, & move on.

Well I will be there with my sleeve up asap and still find it sad that others have been influenced not to trust the science . The science of immunology has been evolving for hundreds of years and should be celebrated. I hope you change your mind

Science is only as good as it’s scientists.
Here’s one for you, you may or may not know.
Were you at school when the dreaded BCG injection was out?
Do you recall that is you got the 6 little dots swelling you didn’t have to have the BCG because you were “immune” to TB or you “had your own resistance”
Did you know that’s shown to be a load of bollocks.
It actually meant that you had latent TB which could become active at any time given the right conditions. Nowadays if you get the swelling of the dots they offer you a course of treatment to get rid of it.

Vaguely remember and I can’t verify your assertions , but I have followed Prof. Sarah Gilbert and The Oxford team closely for last 8 months and I do trust the vaccine . I have no reason not to and look forward to being released from this purgatory because there. really is no other way

Believe it or not, my wife works within the NHS, two years working in TB, last couple of years in a different role bringing her in contact with many COVID patients, mainly the poor old sods who were sent home and into nursing homes to pass it on to the other old folk before they died.
I posted about this 11 months ago on the old site before the main stream news decided it was news but was called a conspiracy theorist and a Cov cunt, you know usual stuff 😊
Wife tested positive in probably may or June time. It was only a matter of time before she contracted it mixing with so many folk with it, PPE being shit and expecting to conduct PPE protocols while standing in car parks or on the street in the pouring rain at 2am in the morning.
Oddly enough, I tested negative.
But going back to your point. Following science. I remember when we were being told masks don’t make any difference, not by the twat Boris but by the science. Then all of a sudden they did make a difference. Again, this 2 meters lark isnt science, it was made up with absolutely no science behind it. They’ve tried to justify it in retrospect but that’s it.
Sorry, with these scientists and this government I’m not convinced

Since l was diagnosed with cancer 26 months ago i've been taking vitamins, and in this period i've not had a cold or a virus, for the first time in my adult life. So, take you vitamins as she says !!!!!

I have a strangely parallel story.

My diagnosis was 4 years ago this month, treatment taking up most of 2017. When I was recovering, towards the end of the year, I was concerned about flu and similar 'winter' illnesses taking advantage of my weakend state.

This was a particular worry as Mrs AFC, working in general practice, came into contact with all sorts of bugs and nasties which her robust metabolism would normally shrug off. Would my immune system, thoroughly fucked by weeks of chemo and radiotherapy, be able to do the same?

So we initiated a 'winter regime' (mid sept - mid march) of vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D3 and a multivitamin that covers most other bases. Like you, I have barely had a sniffle since, Mrs AFC the same.

On April 23, 2020, social media users encountered numerous comments that claimed U.S. President Donald Trump had suggested injecting disinfectants as a cure for COVID-19 during a White House press briefing.



As many of these comments included jokes instead of a link to Trump’s alleged remarks, some people were left wondering what Trump actually said about disinfectants, injections, and COVID-19.


The comment in question came shortly after a presentation by William N. Bryan, the acting undersecretary for science and technology at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, about how heat and humidity could impact the spread of COVID-19 during the summer months. Bryan mentioned a recent, non-peer-reviewed study that showed how disinfectants and sunlight could kill the coronavirus on non-porous surfaces such as counters or door handles.

Bryan’s presentation focused on how light and disinfectants affected the coronavirus on surfaces. But when Trump took the podium, he started talking about what would happen if light and disinfectants were “brought inside the body” to fight the virus.

Here’s the official White House transcript of Trump’s remarks (emphasis added):

THE PRESIDENT: Thank you very much. So I asked Bill a question that probably some of you are thinking of, if you’re totally into that world, which I find to be very interesting. So, supposing we hit the body with a tremendous — whether it’s ultraviolet or just very powerful light — and I think you said that that hasn’t been checked, but you’re going to test it. And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way, and I think you said you’re going to test that too. It sounds interesting.

ACTING UNDER SECRETARY BRYAN: We’ll get to the right folks who could.

THE PRESIDENT: Right. And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning. Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it would be interesting to check that. So, that, you’re going to have to use medical doctors with. But it sounds — it sounds interesting to me.

Is it a fact that its obvious that the Biden family are genuinely a crime family, now, there is evidence being presented that is so bad its high treason, but Trump is a criminal because someone assocciated his name with mafia business.

Someone l know had a 30,000ft office in the Empire State Building, they had to pay the mafia $250,000 to operate from there, and these people are not pushovers. What ever yoy do in certain cities in the US you have to work with this, or you don't work.
