Looking at a move to arsenal! So talk sport reckons….his representatives are “looking at new options”

Bye then 👋

It's all bullshit. He's better than Arsenal, we know it, his agent knows it, he knows it. It's his agent putting it out there to see who else's head turns. If he wants Champions League football you move for that. Not to club flirting with the top four like we have recently. May as well stay here and be the big fish in a medium sized pond.

He will only move if he can be certain of first-team football.
Turned down Arsenal before, because of doubts about that.

He would be comfortable playing anywhere in Europe and so he should be only interested in the very best of each top league and then its who could afford his wages and transfer fee. It would be disappointing to see him go but if we are successful then players will go to the very rich clubs, that's Professional Football and an acknowledgement of the quality we have. We would find another (maybe we already have him in the ranks!).

Wherever he goes he’ll need to play every week. If he goes somewhere with a big squad that rotates like Man City does his game will fall away. Better off staying here where he’s the star man.

Not being horrible but if he has stated he wants out let's not piss about let him go know for a decent fee ( arsenal what a joke) with a replacement or 2 before the window closes surely the club have got a shortlist of players they would like to get don't want anyone who does not want to play for the fantastic club

We should do all we can to keep him, offering the captaincy being the absolute minimum, but if he wants Champions league so be it.

We owe him nothing, even if he hadn't scored that goal he would be a legend. The bigger problem would be if we lost Wilf as well. I still believe that if we can get something like a full team out there is plenty time to make a run for Europe between now and the end of the season. Which might give him second thoughts.

Totally agree . I genuinely believe we are the 4th best team in the PL . If we can get 1st XI out for last 3 months we can finish 4th or win one of our other comps .

I think 4th is beyond us now but 5th or 6th is still possible totally dependant on us getting our injured players back and quickly.

A very good player but not exceptional like Kante or Mahrez
Great passer of the ball but has no engine, he chugs around the pitch
He doesn’t want to be here then ship him out getting the best possible price
If he wants Champions League football then going to the Gooners is a joke
would be better at the Happy Hammers 😁

I realised long ago that the 'one big sale per summer' trend, briefly abandoned last year, is not not just an unfortunate
reality of a medium sized club but a crucial injection of a decent sum of money.
This ability to spot stars of the future in the market, allied to a progressive academy, now becoming fruitful, is the bedrock of policy and the steady progress in the years since the title indicates it is working well.
So, YT seems to be the best current candidate for this summer's sale.
We will, as fans, miss his class but we managed without him before he came and will look to someone to step up.

And who is Teilemans?
No player is forever. Some decline with age. Some have serious injuries. Some lose form. Some move. All, eventually, are not there. As they disappear opportunities are created for others. An enlightened and efficient recruitment policy, such as LCFC have, ensures a steady flow of replacement talent to fuel the chain.

I was referring to the spelling of his name!
