Essentially you are saying that government policy is not formed by government, but by others at a 'higher' political/economic level, something that I have been going on about for some time. Good.

Our government has sold out, in almost every respect of policy be it political, economic or social, this is pretty obvious, though it is the scale of the treachery that is so breathtaking. The silly little rows and arguments about who did or did not go to a Christmas party, who paid for a bit of painting and decorating are just distractions for the children.

Weirdly enough, it might be the Xmas parties etc which resonate more (& subsequently annoy more) a large part of the electorate.

The stuff about being arrested for protesting which the govt have pushed through under the radar are the sorts of things which those very same people won’t think will affect them (after all, isn’t it mainly lefties protesting about lefty stuff?), until it’s too late.
 
Most people couldn’t give a flying one about a bit of a piss up by civil servants a year ago. The people who are getting involved in the latest protests are to blame for the clamp down, by causing disruption, preventing people going about their business and blatant vandalism has meant that public sympathy has gone and left the door open for more stringent rules

I am astonished at the level of compliance being shown by many people, including some posting on here.

The rights of the people of this country are being stripped away one by one and so many are ok with it, some actually seem more than happy with it.

We, ordinary people, are being fed the most extraordinary lies to push an agenda that is nothing less than a coup d'état, a slow motion take over of the country that is fascism in its purest sense. Anything that is outside the (globalist) state is being crushed, democracy, private business, family life, even control over your own body is being taken.

Even more astonishingly, people who abhor the current government are accepting their lies, often without question, allowing their lives to be ruined because they believe the propaganda being pedalled and repeated ad nauseam by a totally compliant media.
