Unless you're attempting to hold your breath for ages, enter cold water regularly or walk in the Alps in the winter; in your underpants - there isn't much point to it.

Yoga breathing methods would be of more use.

This all reminds me of the time that I played the pivotal role of the hind legs of the 4th fake Elephant in the 1959 historical movie Hannibal. Victor Mature played the lead role of Hannibal and it was extremely hard work crossing the Alps with him sitting on my back all the way.To this very day I still have no idea who was playing the front end of the fake elephant but I do recall having to hold my breath for ages, punctuated only by entering extremely cold water as we passed through numerous mountain streams. To my utter dismay,at the end of filming, I discovered that the front end of the elephant was on a much higher pay rate than my back end!
(No fake elephants were harmed in any way during the filming of this motion picture).

Well you're either saying with wholehearted conviction that I am right (which may be wrong), or you might be being a sarcastic cunt - with a passive-aggressive rebuff.
Which if the being the latter; would be you saying that I'm wrong. Therefore you might be wrong. If I'm right.
