Who would you choose?

I've just had a short spell in hospital for a heart op and shared the pre-op waiting area with 3 others. Open ward and each of us were able to hear the discussions between patients and doctors/nurses. In summary they were

  1. mid 50s man, in for a heart bypass, spoke OK english but had a family member to help with translate conversation with Dr
  2. mid 60s man - in to have new stent fitted as previous one blocked - quite overweight, admitted to smoking and enjoying chinese takeaways
  3. mid 20s man, has congenital heart condition, having ablation to fix an arrhythmia
So - for whatever reason one of these has to be cancelled - who should it be?

All of them, send them all home to free up the beds for this Covid epidemic and the 12 wave. (Or whatever number we’re on now)
