Where will you be when the clock strikes 12 ?

Brauny

The optimistic pessimist
I'm down my little Social Club.
Only missed it once in over 40 years and that was the Millennium when the bands wanted to charge £2k for the gig.
The usual cost was £500, so the club told them to do one and didn't open that night.

Where are you lot ? Pub, holiday, home, in bed......

Filming the fireworks over Wellingboro' from the hill at Great Harrowden - last year it was an awesome sight

I’ve been working till just gone 10. For all my hard work and going above and beyond I got a bollocking from the boss, thanks for that.

I’ve just necked a couple of beers but I’m knackered and a bit grumpy. The misses has gone to bed. I’m just watching a bit of shite tv until the main fireworks stop round here then I’ll be sparko.

Ho Chi Minh City, meant to go and watch the fireworks but stayed in the bar with a mate who had go the sleeper bus up from Nha Trang to meet us. Mrs H and my lad nipped down and videoed it, looked fantastic. I staggered back to the hotel at 4 this morning.

Our rooftop overlooking City of Tacloban. Its the middle of the rainy season. The rain stopped at 10pm, the same time as the electical supply (until 5am). There is little money here for luxuries, but the food and fireworks were extra special.
