Davenports. I can’t remember the trophy advert but can recite the ‘beer at home means Davenports’ song complete with the old guy saying ‘cheers’ to the camera at the end

Penzance brewery best and cleanest real ale , won prizes all over the country , Doom bar is disgusting, they moved the production from Rock and since then it has been watery tasteless shit,Sharps was a great brewery until they sold out, Sharps special a particular favourite.
Landlord is good, but try the Boltmakers from the same brewery very good as well.

Or even brown and mild
Back in my misspent youth I enjoyed a pint of mild in the Manchester Hotel on many occasions, all elements of that faded picture sadly no more. When faced with a lack of Mild on tap, two bottles of Manns Brown ale would just fit into a pint glass 🍺

Nice pint of mild at the Pig'n'muck in Claybrooke Magna

John Smith's.
Banks's bitter.
Doombar rather tasty.

Used to love.
Double diamond,
Banks's mild,
Brown split - you order one of them now and the politically correct police will have you thrown out by your knee.

Stella unfiltered in a bottle at home
Kronenbourg generally when out
Madri in the club
Erdinger in the Lake District
Brasserie D’achouffe in France
Aspalls in the summer

I like a pint of Moretti, but at £5.40 a pint in my local it's become something of a treat.

That was a cracking pub, I also had considerably many in there, always insisted that the mild was put in first and the bottle was mine to pour didn't want the landlord getting the extra for himself.

In fact thinking about it, the goat, ladies infamous pool team, the rockets, the pizza for 26 order (and chips)- happy days.

I’m on the way to see Blondie at O2 and have just bought a can of Magic Rock Dark Arts Surreal Stout. 6%. It’s absolutely gorgeous, a bit of a pale ale & stout fusion I’d say and every mouthful seems a little different.

I got it from Tesco. Give it a try if you see it, it’s highly recommended.
