That head groundsman should hang his head in shame. His stupidity and lack of planning and preparation came within a gnats whisker of having that game abandoned and losing City 3 valuable points.
Thats a sackable offence in my book.

I rang the club at 2.15 yesterday to say that the snow is really bad and it's heading your way, the reply was "thanks for the warning but we know the forecast, we're hoping for an abandonment"
