Barbeque and collard greens with butter, and chitlins, fried chicken on waffles - this is likely standard fair.

I hate this kind of prejudice. I flirted with some of it. Got a good buddy who's a wizard. Steak, red wine sauce, asparagus in a caper sauce with roasted fries. Food was awesome.

At a lunch stop in Missouri in 1981,when I was travelling through on Greyhound,they had Liver & Gizzards on the menu.I decided to play safe and just have salad. I have since found out that there is also a delicacy called Southern Fried Gizzards. I merely thought at the time that the chef in Missouri was wearing a white hood to avoid the spits of hot fat!

And chicken and waffles sounds a little 'millennial' Klan to me. It's not like these guys were eating avocado with mac'n'cheese. What borbage said.
