Both games are on ESPN+ in the USA. If you install the ESPN app and then sign up for an ESPN+ trial you night be able to watch them.
No idea if they check your IP location to block it in SA.

According to EFL website ESPN Star is the broadcaster in Mexico.

There's a sports bar at the hotel that does requests.
