Looks as though they rushed into print (or whatever) a bit prematurely. I wonder if that's because they didn't check the story (or even, if they don't have much in the way of journalistic resources, sit back and wonder if it sounded right), or thought it was too good a headline to miss.
 
More like neurosis, combined with mental malaise. Writing the same post a hundred thousand times in order to impress some sort of crack-brained premise on others is the hobby of a dullard.

Anyone heard of Chris Martin from Coldplay? It's like that.
