You'd think that the season's really on the next 2 games with Villa & Birmingham. Largely a good performance again today, bit of a slow start and a nervy end where we got a bit sloppy but overall thought we deserved it. Will need the defence to keep clean sheets though as we still lack a cutting edge & the final ball is so often a let down.

Morgan did a great job and dedicated so much over the years to this Ladies team but it seems like the men’s game that the top league is vastly different and needs a different type of manager and approach, especially when swallowed up by a Premier League club that want to be seen to be competing at the highest level in all competitions.

As I am sure you know since the managerial change the defence has tightened up considerably & the midfield press much more than before (and we play some good stuff)....
