Tomorrow. We can’t keep conceding the first goal and expecting to win. In particular if we let the first goal in early their vociferous crowd will turn Elland Rd into a living hell for us. We score first, whenever, and it will shut them up, put fear into the crowd and give a good chance of victory IMO.
Next Monday is similar. Let them score first they’ll defend for their lives and one thing Everton can generally do is defend well. By next Tuesday we could be pretty much safe of potentially relegation . Saturday has given us an unexpected 3 points which we need to build on. Finally I hope Smith realises that he can’t play the same team/formation he did to start with on Saturday. It’s midfield suicide. Hoping with Maddison and Barnes back it’ll give us an offensive lift.

I suspect Smith never intended to play that starting line up on Saturday. The 9am call from the doctor will have forced his hand.
 
Smith doesn't seem to muck about if something needs changing , which is a godsend compared to the elite bodger.
Barnes and madders back hopefully...is vardy available?

Yes I reckon you’re right. I didn’t realise the call about Maddison was taken so late. What exactly was it?
 
So since the WC we’ve managed 3 wins and 3 draws. 12 points. Every one has been gained from giving the opposition a goal start. FFS.
