Ffs if one more couple say that to me Iā€™m guna call em out , there always boring types who try and make out they are too busy reading or skydiving or working etc then give away it goes off at 10pm as itā€™s been on since 7am . Theres nowt wrong with watching tv itā€™s a great form of entertainment and I for one say thanks to yogi bear šŸ» for inventing it .
 
I thump the top of the cabinet every morning at 8am sharp and the little screen flickers into life usually by 8.07. I always feel comfortably assured when the test card appears. Some of the public information films fill me with an acute sense of dread particularly ā€œWhat to do in the event of a nuclear attackā€ or the high probability of losing both legs if you are struck by a train. In the happy event of still having 2 legs I always stand for the national anthem at close of day and wait to see the little white dot disappear. It is sound advice to always unplug your tv set at the mains before retiring to bed!
 
I bloody love telly, almost as much as crisps, but not quite.
I do like a book too. Currently reading ā€˜why is this lying bastard lying to meā€™ by Rob Burley.
