Was I the only one...

Apparently they sent Poirot into the England dressing room to try and find where the defence had disappeared to in the 1st half.
 
I know. Didn’t find myself wanting Leicester to lose under Holloway, Levein etc. Same thing...awful to watch. 230 mile round trips to watch rubbish but was still wanting a win.

It’s not really about the country anymore though is it when the players are picked on who they play for and if they are yes men like the manager.
I’m as patriotic probably more so than most for England but like many others cannot support this sham anymore
 
I had a good spell following England home and away, I rarely bother to watch them any more even on tv. Over again they have messed up the experience for the fans, eventually it got too much for me.

I miss the trips, the excuse for a weekend away with mates, the cities and countries often off the tourist trail. The pride at singing the anthem and cheering on the team at the pinnacle of competition, England at a World Cup tournament.

My last game was England’s v Wales in Lens at Euro 2016, a narrow 2-1 win with Vardy netting our first goal and a late winner. Even this was extended by two years as I wanted to watch us play away in Scotland and Ireland,
 
I don't normally watch England games but made an effort with that one mostly to watch Tielemans and Praet and was definitely watching them more than England if not quite wanting them to win (not upset that they did though)

The Belgians were more recognisable than Engalnd, Lukaku, De Bruyne, Youri, Vertonghen, Alderwiereld, Courtois etc
