Wandering Around Kenilworth Castle

His missus keeps taking him to places like that hoping he'll get lost and won't be able to find his way home
 
Weren’t you at that party at Kenilworth that the Earl of Leicester gave trying to get into QE1’s undies?
 
Well the furnitute would be knackered - considering there's been no roof on the gaff since 1645.
(And I don't mean the Queen of Bradgate).
 
Went there, Warwick Castle, and London for day in junior school and me mam got a letter saying l can't go on anymore school trips. So that was it for me, l at to sit in a class on my own and stick crayons up my nose all day.
 
Check out the Saxon Mill gastropub at nearby Guys Cliffe. You can sit outside with a pint and a bite to eat alongside a lovely spot on the River Avon.
Kenilworth Castle is in the background.
The venue is very nice and as also got a fully functioning water wheel.
Worth a visit
