I think I am as thick as F**K. Trying to get 4 tickets on general sale but it wont let me. Is it me or is it not allowed?

Just had a look and doesn’t seem to be a problem. Can get as far as putting in basket for print at home.

Same problem here...
Tried to ring the club to get some clarification but all lines busy, all queues full, then they cut me off..
So we're assuming that anyone who wants a ticket has to register with the club and by there own, even if they want to sit with friends.
What about kids etc??

a guess....but i think each person wanting a ticket needs to register first. then the lead purchaser will need to link to their account. from memory its pretty easy to do, you just need their customer reference number.
then when the lead purchaser gets to the final stage of checkout you can select their name for each ticket.
it's might be a requirement for contact tracing....but the system was in place long before covid....it ensures the right price is selected for the discounted tickets (i.e. a child is assigned an under12s ticket, etc etc).

It's a right ball ache to sort. Each person you are buying for needs to have an account created with LCFC. Took me 20 minutes to get through earlier and then about 10 minutes to get the accounts set up for 3 mates and buy the tickets.
The lady on the other end of the line waas excellent though and helped sort it.
Guessing it's all just part of the new normal and related to Covid and track and trace.

Eventually thought eck it and registered the lad and bought 1 each luckily we are next to each other. Know for next time then.

Oh come on, if buying for others, there has always been a need for them to have an account i their name and for it to be linked to yours under friends and family. Then you buy X number of tickets. You get a message saying that you are exceeding the allocation for yourself, and so you allocate the other tickets to the other persons. Simples. Has been like that for ever and a day. As Theresa once said, "Nothing has changed!"
