Vardy’s missus

I still can't believe her lawyers allowed this to go to court. They must have known her character would be exposed. Even if she wins the judge will probably only give her a quid for damage to reputation.

Also she used the term ‘If I’m honest I suppose’ a couple of times on the stand, the Lawyer intervened telling her she was in the highest court in the land and you are supposed to be honest all the time, unbelievable…

You're joking right? Easiest pay day her lawyers will ever get.

She's a bright one
Rooney's lawyer claims WhatsApp messages that would show the leaking of stories to the Sun are on a phone dropped off the side of a boat. He says it is now "lying at the bottom of sea in Davy Jones' locker".

So as ‘Davy Jones’ Locker’ is already a metaphor for ‘at the bottom of the sea’, how the fuck does what the lawyer said make sense???

“If I’m honest” is now a commonly used ridiculous phrase that (mostly younger) people use on a very regular basis, and usually on the wrong context

I am not sure if RV's advisors managed to get any sense into her head back in the day, but there was only one way this was going to turn out, tears, tears, tears.
Even if she wins I think the judge will hammer her on legal costs, also 'the phone fell off the boat' is out of Harry's, 'my dog ate my accounts'

From who did this advice come and where was it published?
Two other judges in the pre-trial nonsense I believe. Heard some 'expert' on the radio this morning who said any 'win' would likely be in the tens of thousands, but the legal fees could stretch beyond £1.5m.

I think this might be damaging to Jamie Vardy as well, not just in the short term with the court case hanging over their head. I guess the money for the trial is coming out of his coffers for starters, and she doesn't come across as exactly frugal or easy to handle!!!!
