He definitely won't leave Leicester for another British club, but he will go to America to finish of his career. Unfortunately now through no fault of his own he has baggage that other clubs wouldn't want .maby a few year's ago it wouldn't have been such a problem' but on a one /two year deal the issue wouldn't be worth it.

I hope its only a 1 year deal, as rumours are that it could be a 2 year deal. I love JV, but I thought he was really showing his age on Sunday. I would've taken him off for Daka.

For me it’s another example of is giving a contract extension to someone who shouldn’t be given one.
Unless Vardy himself has said he’ll only stay for one season and then will accept being sold to a club over in America or wherever, if that’s what he chooses to do.
He will not go on forever. None of us want him to leave or retire but another extension and he’ll be sucking a lot of money from the club, money that we should use elsewhere in my opinion.

It does depend on the terms of any extension.
£125k/week flat plus appearance and goals bonus would not be a good idea. A lower basic with a higher pay/goals payment does make sense. He is a big part of what has defined the culture of the club over the past decade. Wes has gone, Kasper has gone so JV is a big part left now until others can step into these shoes (KDH, others hopefully).
