anybody see the club brugge v gent game last weekend??
brugge attack, player goes down in the box, ref waves it away, but VAR tell him to have a look, so he does and gives a pen, which they score.
At half time it becomes apparent that a brugge player ran back from a clear offside position to receive the ball earlier in the move which refs assistant and VAR somehow did not spot even though he was almost 2 yards off.
