At nearly 75 I find that it keeps my memory sharp thinking back to the good (and bad) old days. Did the club do the right thing when cashing in on Banks in favour of a very young Shilton? I guess they did.
Was it a great idea to spend half the Heskey money on Akinbadbuy? I dont think so.
63 years of ups and downs makes you philosophical so Im not panicking about the coming season just waiting to see how it all unfolds.
