Last night was a bit like having a party on a railway line
You were always looking over your shoulder to see when the train would splatter everyone all over the tracks but thankfully the train was delayed for over 100 minutes
The non sending off of buckin Bruno was a bit of a game changer, against ten men we could have have been a bit buckin bolder and apparently VAR and the ref decided there was insufficient force in the challenge to warrant a red card, like since WHEN did that matter, a red card offence is a buckin red card offence no matter what force is used.
In fairness Deano is starting to grow on me a bit, he picked the right team and chose the right tactics last night, shame it took him so long to spot we needed reinforcing defensively
As for Sunday the worst nightmare would be a last minute Everton winner scored by Demari Gray while the best case scenario would be a last minute Everton winner scored by Demari Gray and ruled our after a five minute VAR check because some buckers toenail was offside
I think we'll beat West Ham although it won't be easy and if we are winning the pressure cranks up at Goodison
I feel Everton are not much buckin cop and will struggle for goals, I mean it took them until the ninety ninth minute v Wolves, and if Bournemouth score the best Everton will do is draw
I am as the man buckin says cautiously optimistic
God save Ireland

Spoke to my lugubrious, naturally pessimistic Everton mate this morning to compare notes. It looks like Calvert-Lewin is out with injury again so that’s a big bonus. He isn’t optimistic (but he never is) that Everton will win. Naturally he pointed out we could both lose and get relegated if Leeds win.

We both agreed buying triple strength incontinence pads would be a wise investment for Sunday’s game.

A month or so ago I said I’d be ‘happy’ if we needed a result in the last game of the season and so it has come to pass. Obviously would have preferred it if we weren’t reliant on results elsewhere but where there’s hope there’s hope.

COME ON YOU CITY SLICKERS!!!

Why? The twats have already proved they can’t beat 10 men
I was querying the logic of GTIF's statement snooty.
He wasn't sent off, therefore things stayed the same, so not 'a bit of a game changer'.
Though what you said is true 👍

To say that one side being reduced to ten men is not a game changer flys in the face of logic

Everton and Leeds are renowned for last minute season-saving goals. We, on the other hand, are renowned for seizing defeat from the jaws os victory. It is certain to end in tears I’m afraid.
