The single thing that did it for me was the failure of Corbyn to actually have a policy on Brexit, or at least have one that he was prepared to tell us about and debate.

Otherwise it was the shear incompetence of the Labour campaigning that turned me and clearly a lot of people off.

Corbyns hands were tied, quite deliberately by the centrists of the party on Brexit. Any others? Incompetence like telling everyone the Tories planned to sell off the NHS and BoJo denying it. That went well didn’t it.
Hiding in a fridge? Refusing to go into Andrew Neil show? If that campaign convinced you that BoJo was the man, even before his Brexit and covid shit show then I really don’t have any words.

Richard, trying to look at it from your perspective, you are totally correct, It was a pack of lies and I fell for it.

On the other hand, given how bad the tories were, the Labour Party still could not come across as a remotely competent alternative.

Make all the excuses you want but that was the reality, and a lot of people saw that.
