I'd be wary of that as they are congenital liars, but if that's true - you should have gone the steak sauce for oil route.
 
That's a little disingenuous, the 10% is across the board for everyone and everything and it's non-negotiable. If anyone's in trade talks with the States, it's to knock the 25 - 35% back down to 10%. Or tell them to get f*cked and simply sell somewhere else.
 
The tariff on cars went from 2.5% to 25% to 10% so calling it a success is a bit disingenuous but it's probably the best we could do in the short term

I don't know, so far no one's fallen for it. He's taken an axe to his own economy and has nothing to show for it, they're just outright lying about 'deals' that are coming because they're desperate. The American press know this and they're bricking themselves, he's going to do some serious damage they won't recover from.
