25/26 +54m (so far)
24/25 -43m
23/24 +59m
22/23 +32m
21/22 -63m
20/21 -5m
19/20 -15m
18/19 -18m

16/17 -26m

total expenditure over 10 years in xfer fees is only -58m euros which averages to -5.8m per year
skipp was the most expensive signing in 24/25 accounting for 23m alone.
and 21/22 was the infamous daka/soumare/vesty triple whammy.

Add to that agents fees, signing on fees etc
 
More interesting is the wage bill that at times has been more than 100%% of turnover
For instance last time we were in the championship Vardys weekly wage was more than the entire weekly
wage bill of some clubs

Appart from the fledgeing year he has paid us back with his goalscoring feats compared with some of the dross that have given nothing ut fucking headaches

Not sure what the second part of that (Vardy's wages relative to other club's weekly wage bill) has to do with the first (LCFC's wages relative to turnover). "For instance" indeed. 'Kin idiot.

For arguements sake say Vardy was on 2 and a half million a year for 9 yearsl know he probably wasnt but roughly costed £23 million and we have bought shite for nearly that without salary thrown in.

We all know the answer to that!
I suspect what annoys people is the dramatic downturn in the quality of our transfer dealings after Steve Walsh fucked off.
We'd become spoiled by the majority of NFP's signings. Not all became legends, but most were fit for purpose at the time, eg the likes of Phillips, Nugent, Knocky, etc. Then there was the purple patch of Ulloa, Cambo, TSA, JV, Shinji, Fuchs and Huth.
But then suddenly the average success rate dropped horrendously, and is yet to recover back to par.
Add JFR into the equation, and no wonder most people are unhappy...

Exactly Daggers they play part in our demise
But in saying that we were niave in the fact that 2016 took us to the big players where
predators sieze any oportunity that come there way.
It was a big leap that needed caution more than likely thesemen were rubbbing their grubby hands at new found fame.
