As far as I understand it Covid and Brexit are both having an impact .
Haulage industry leaders in the U.k. are saying many EU drivers aren’t willing to work the U.K. as they spend too much time at the border and having to fill in paperwork . Many EU companies are basically pulling out of U.K. work .
It’s due to get much worse after 1st October .

SO WHY ARE GERMANY SHORT TOO???
