In an interview with Sky he says he's 'keeping his options open' with regards to a new contract. "I'm not saying I'll sign [a new contract]. I'm not saying I'm not going to sign," he says.

So he's off then
 
Well if he said he was definitely going to sign that would kind of cut the ground from under his agent's feet as his agent is doing his best to get the best deal he can for his client.
Wouldn't it?
What else could he have said?

To be fair the guys in a tricky position. I’m not sure how fantastic he really is at the very top level but there’s no doubt he could easily play for the usual suspects.
I think his big problem is not getting CL. After all he first played in it at just 16. Whatever we offer him it’ll never be enough. I don’t think he’s greedy and I think he loves our club but he’s 25 next May and will be in his prime. We’ll probably get £50m for him max with just a year left on his contract. It’ll be what it’ll be.
 
I would play Soumare as it seems we bought him as a Tielemans replacement (in case he went after the Euros) or even Dewsbury Hall, Tielemans appears to be turning into Mahrez pt2, he hasn’t really set the feckin world alight since The FA Cup win in my humble opinion…
