This injustice to Everton

I don't even think they're punishing them, all they're doing is trying to be seen to be doing something, they've waited until they've got a few points and will have a really good chance of not being relegated and anyway later in the season Everton will appeal and the deduction will be reduced to probably 6 points, job done the league looks like they'll take no shit and the established clubs are still OK, I bet they're more concerned about how they can sort the Chelsea and man city problems without upsetting both clubs

Well, I might as well tell you now. You lot may all be internationals and have won all the domestic and European honours there are to win under Pep. But as far as I'm concerned, the first thing you can do for me is to chuck all your medals and all your caps and all your pots and all your pans into the biggest fucking dustbin you can find, because you've never won any of them fairly. You've done it all by bloody cheating.

But the FA are shit scared of the moneymen
It'll take years and years christ they were scared of Abramovic, the Arabs are a different kettle of fish you can't touch them financially they have too much, but deducting
Points fuck me the FA will melt like snow thinking of the repercussions that brings

It's all far too late, any sniff that they'll be docking the big time Charlie's and they'll cry foul and use it as justification for the new euro league project that's just been waiting on ice for the hoo-har to die down. The premier league is morally bankrupt at least we can say we didn't buy the title

Brian Clough
said the same at Leeds Utd

This was discussed a lot yesterday. One suggestion was instant relegation. It would stop it in its tracks.
Instant relegation! Too soft.
Chuck 'em out of the league altogether then the same for Man City & Chelsea when their turn comes.
Should boost the attendances at Dorking, Aldershot etc.

Demote Man City down to the same tier as Bury.
And fuck Chelsea right off “over land and sea”.
Pity it will never happen though!

Everton can fookin do one! They broke the rules and should face the consequences. If they don't have enough revenue they shouldn't be building stadiums. Their sob stories of naming rights and Siggurdsson contract don't wash with me. They have been mismanaged for years, and spunked loads of cash on absolute tosh. We followed the rules and also faced the consequences of relegation, as we couldn't buy our way out of trouble. Juventus also were relegated and stripped of titles. Man City and Chelsea will get a hefty points deduction IF found guilty. UEFA may also ban them. If you do not have punishments for breaking rules, then what is the point in having them in the first place?

Many say the sanctions should sit with the owners and not affect the fans but a fine means nothing nowadays to the owners of our clubs. The Saudi government for example. Or Sheikh Mansour one of the richest people on the planet.

The only way is to affect their asset which is the club, which will obviously affect the fans.

All of which misses the central point: by not abiding by the rules they gained a sporting advantage over other clubs therefore the sanction should be a sporting sanction. The only issue I see is that the sanctions necessarily happen in seasons after that in which the rules were broken.

So Buzz what you are saying is Man City if going by the rules this Season have a get out of jail free card same as Cheatski
Sorry, I don't understand the point you are trying to make.
Or are you referring to my comment about the sanction happening in a season later than when the offence happen? If so I am not saying that it means there should be no sanction and I am not sure how it can be read that I was. I am just suggesting that it would be better if it happened when the offence occurred but I recognise that is not possible.

Andy Burnham the Mayor of Greater Manchester and an Everton season ticket holder is now voicing his objections to the 10 point sanction!

It’s a joke. Get on with your job. Would he do the same to Manure even though he’s the Manchester mayor. A big fat no
