This ere players meeting

Apparently serious players meeting Coady said on RL football forum that sometimes you have to change things around and it seems that that's what they did Coady seemed to be the leader (Hamza mentioned it too) so it's seems the team took responsibility and changed things ,also a clip of Enzo saying to OPA 'it was your suggestion to play Coady' whether that's true or not it seems it happened? 😉
 
Of course it was serious, but some on here try to turn everything into a joke.
Players are acutely aware that being longer out of the Prem affects their earnings and future prospects.
It also refelects our recent misgivings over the 'system ' as it seems to be less effect lately and its effect on morale.
 
Hamza and Coady roll their sleeves up and get stuck in, but in 2016 the whole back 4 plus Keeper were very strong mentally.
 
Well, there was much more bite last night, and we played the ball quicker, and we played more long diagonal passes out to the wingers, and the forward press was working.

Key thing was, we kept them out of our penalty area, almost completely. And although we made many mistakes (Wilf had his extra concrete boots on) we had so much more purpose, and intent, all over the field.

It was a very welcome change, with devastating results

Which is why I’m surprised he didn’t change the system a little as the season progressed.

Teams work you out. One team stops you, others view the videos and it goes from there. Not to mention doing a video telling the opposition how you play and why.

I’ve said before have a way of playing and stick to it largely for the first half of the season. Even if it works tweak it a bit, change it up for the second half of the season. Surprise teams. Do something they are not expecting and they’ll struggle to defend against it. Certainly at this level.
