Think we can all agree. Fat fucks are more susceptible

To covid in folk who are not classed as vulnerable. So to entice the young folk to get double jabbed the government are in talks with take away companies and taxi firms to offer discounts to the double jabbers.
Eat more takeaways, walk less. Get fat and die. But it’s ok you’re double jabbed.

the "useless eaters" then.

Can we have a round up of all the posters weights on here and we can run a sweep who's gonna die from the jab first.

It'll add a bit of fun to this load of bollocks.

Me too, 182cm, 79.5kg. Or in old money 6ft 1in and 12st 7oz.

Fir as fuck me. Well apart from the cancer and the dodgy ticker.

It is either marketing or nanny state nonsense like 'units of alcohol'.

BMI Body mass index. Weight in KG divided by height in meters squared. Mine is 24.1.
BFI Body fat index. slightly more complex involving waist and neck measurements. Mine is 15.
WHR Waist to height ratio. Waist decided by height. Mine is 0.46.

These are all excellent numbers particularly for a man of my age.
Which shows what a lad of bollocks this is, after treatment for both cancer and heart disease in the last 5 years, my health is pretty shot.

when l was studying about cancer l came across a point that dismisses all these figures, including pulse rate and blood pressure figures. "You wouldn't check a Zebras heart rate and a Lions and come up with an average that and say all animals are in trouble if they are not within a range of this average, everything and one are different.

I've got something quite unusual, and I've spoke to doctors, heart experts, and other medically trained people along with search endlessly for an answer yet l can't find one. Its not a worry, but l want to know so that l can understand. My resting heart rate is 48/50, which we "think" is good, l can say go for a run and after 1/2 mile my rate can go to 170 or a bit more (this is way above my maximum according to the figures of 155). You hadn't suppose to to train above 80% of this max which would be 120 bpm, that's a massive difference of which at one time l was concerned about. It will drop to around 135 for the next half mile and average around 130ish. At first maybe 10 -15 years ago when l was running a lot, l was advised to stop otherwise I'd have a heart attack, l didn't and l haven't. So all l can presume is that its all bollocks or I'm an alien, which I've not dismissed yet !!!

My original reason for waning to know is that if l get involved in something l push myself to my extremes, and l was concerned about having a heart attack while running.

l have another abnormality which again l have not found any real info l can trust, my cholesterol is 3, I've been told its good and also very bad and is the likely cause of cancer. There are no trust worthy figures on this and no one seems to know. I'm learning towards the Alien opinion. I think we are being manipulated with false data.

Morning bnet. It remains difficult as the information and advice is often contradictory.

I have genetically high levels of triglycerides, which pushes my cholesterol towards the high end of normal, simple and fairly uncomplicated fibrates keep that under control.

Like you my resting heart rate is around 50, always has been which is why the Atrial Fibrillation last year came as such a shock, blood pressure typically on the high end of normal. Right now both are higher than normal for me, noticeably but not massively so. I think that is down to anxiety, I see my surgeon and oncologist in a few days time for what will be my first proper examination in a year and a half, not exactly bricking it, but well, you know....

My opinion is that there's too much made of cholesterol levels, as l talk to a medical research scientist about a lot of things. She as a Facebook page which shares some interesting stuff that she's happy to put out publicly. l'll send you a private message with the FB page name, might be worth a read, obviously as its FB it as to be within their guidelines.

Thanks, I will take a look.

I have a family history of circulatory issue, so it seems sensible to keep the levels under control. No statins though, for me that is a step too far.

Last time anyone had a look at the blood vessels in and around my heart they were ok, my heart issue revolves around a defective valve, known about for many years with just the most trivial of symptoms, until last year that is.

l had high blood pressure about 8 years ago, the GP gave me some 5mm tablets, forget what they were and told me to go back in a month. I did this, nothing changed, so he tried to give me 10mm, l said no thanks I'll sort it myself. I'd found out that once youre on theses tablets you can't get off them. l just relaxed a bit for 5 days instead of putting myself under pressure which I'm addicted too and it went to normal. I carried on the same way with slightly high BP but knowing that l can control it.

Since l was diagnosed nearly 3 years ago, l changed my diet but carried on life pretty much the same but my BP as been perfect ever since. For me l think diet is the key.Thats to most things.

Have a look at Dr Brad Weeks on Youtube, who's a friend of a friend abnd I've had Zoom calls with, also worth having a look at are Dr John Bergman and Dr Bruce Lipton.

You pair know enough about Doctors to understand they just practise on patients, Safest way to stay healthy is to keep away from them as much as you can. If your vibration is high enough your body will release all the right chemicals in all the right amounts. Surgeons want to cut you and the rest medicate you. Your body is just a meat suit when you die you will get a brand new one.
