The 2023 financial results for the UK's most up-to-date floating windfarm - Kincardine - are out. Its bottom line loss for the year is £30m. This is a financial disaster. Floating wind is a key part of the future of Net Zero, or so Mr Miliband and Mr Starmer believe.

My view is that you don't know what you're talking about.

You make out this is a big deal when it isn't.

The project is essentially testing effectiveness and is only supposed to power around 55k homes out of a UK stock of 30 million.

Energy supply has to be multi dimensional. Wind is one sensible approach of many.

I'm interested in your superior approach to energy provision because I don't know of any which is long term economically viable or requires massive investment/subsidies before it produces a return.
